The Envy apple is known to be a high-end variety. It's a cross between a Royal Gala and a Braeburn and is only grown by authorized, hand-selected growers. It has a great straightforward sweetness with floral notes and an extremely firm bite. It's one of the firmest apples you'll find. It's skin is a deep ruby red with yellow blush and it's flesh always stays fresh when cut. It doesn’t even brown even after you bite, slice or chop it. The Envy apple is famed for it's consistently high-quality and is commonly referred to as one of the best commercially grown apples.
